SkillSmart and the Tumby Bay Community Development Board  have undertaken a project assisted by Commonwealth Government funding.

The project will assist small business owners in Tumby Bay investigate key opportunities that will impact on their business in the next 5 years. 

The project aims to look at the current issues faced by their workforce especially in relation to their human resources.
